Turn Destructive thoughts into Creative Expression

Creative outlets have been shown to have a massive positive effect on one's mood and general well being. Exercising the parts of the brain responsible for creativity is an important part of a holistic approach to treating disorders such as anxiety and depression and provides an outlet that can give rise to new forms of expression.
It is with this in mind that Fit For Work is excited to present My Belle Creative, an initiative run by Michelle Eckert that will guide participants in Art Journaling, a great tool for developing a healthy and happy life. Says Michelle:

"Art Journaling and crafts have helped me a great deal in healing and getting better and improving everyday. I really want to share my story with others in the hope to help them heal and give them tools to help live a happy life."
